Barbara Lee to reflect on Tibet & China

Barbara Lee, who leads pilgrimages to China and Tibet, will introduce the world’s oldest continuous civilization, stretching back over 5000 years during her program on Thursday, Oct. 22 at the Loutit District Library. Loutit District Library is located at 407 Columbus Avenue in Grand Haven, Michigan.

Attendees will encounter a culture, a history, and a backdrop that will amaze, delight and challenge to see this part of the world in a brand new way. From the busy streets of Beijing to the remote beauty of the Five Holy Peaks of Taoism, get a firsthand look at the ways, the people and religions of this mystical and ancient land.
